Where does Hnvey ship to?
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)
Free shipping on orders equal to or more than $49. $5.99 shipping on orders under $49.
Normally orders will ship within 2-7 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Hnvey.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Hnvey as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to hnvey, please contact hnvey to make arrangements for reshipment.

Hnvey uses DHL/UPS/FedEx for most deliveries
Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery. The customers bear all customs charges, duties, or tariffs. For any such case, our customer care department will make immediate contact to assist you.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 2-7 working day. Us Delivery will generally take 3 to 7 working days, depending on location. In other regions except for the USA, the delivery time is 3-20 days, depending on location. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account.
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 3-10 business days after receiving the order.
I am unable to place an order. What can I do?
Please try the following if you are unable to place an order:
- Try the payment process again to see if it goes through.
- Place an order using a computer instead of a smart phone/tablet.
- Try Mozilla Firefox as our website tends to work best with this internet browser.
- If your payment is still not successful, please contact our Help Desk and provide us with a screen shot.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to an cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 30 days.
Please include your name, order number and reason for return on the package or box.
How can I track my order?
Your account will show that your order is“completed”once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the shipping company.
How much sales tax will I need to pay?
Prices on hnvey.com include VAT for all deliveries to the USA and EU countries. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as required by each country’s regulations.
Will I have to pay any custom or duty fees on my order?
Please be aware that orders made outside the EU, Australia or the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As Hnvey has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
Will my credit card information be stored?
To safeguard your security, Hnvey does not store any credit card details. If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card details online, please fill in the Help Desk form and we will offer an alternative payment method.
Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
